  • Born to Thrive Initiative – Hunger Solutions and Children’s Defense Fund: Provided technical assistance for a cross sector initiative to increase equitable access to healthy food in early care settings.
  • Believe It. Build It. – Ignite Afterschool Network: Facilitated collaborative design process to identify elements of effective afterschool practices and build mechanisms for statewide access and systems support.
  • Leadership Academy Collaborative – American Lung Association: Provided technical assistance for cross sector partners working reduce the disparities of the impact of tobacco in people with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
  • M3: Making Meaning with Multiple Sets of Data – Sprockets, MN Dept. of Ed, Ignite Afterschool Network: Created process and support tools including a Train the Trainer model for direct service staff to analyze four different sets of youth program data and identify a convergent action plan.
  • Metro Health & Nutrition Team – University of MN Extension Center for Family Development: Facilitated a process to develop a framework for an integrated approach to work, building on internal assets and maximizing community impact.
  • Metro Food Access Network – Ramsey County Public Health: Guided the Network through a planning process to determine a sustainable infrastructure.
  • Minnesota Food Charter Network – Center for Prevention at Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota: Worked with a cross-agency design team to develop infrastructure and build fiscal support for a statewide network.
  • Northside Funders Group & East Side Funders Group: Facilitated a process with multiple funders to elevate their geographically targeted work from learning and networking to more strategic collaborative investments.
  • Public Libraries for Health Toolkit – Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation: Designed and facilitated process to document grantees project implementation process and create a toolkit for other libraries interested in helping people in urban and rural settings to reach their full potential.
  • Sustainable Models – Brittany’s Place w/ 180 Degrees, Streetworks w/ Lutheran Social Services, East Side Prosperity Campaign w/ Nexus Community Partners:  Conducted assessment, provided restructure recommendations, and worked with Leadership Teams to transition to financially viable operational models.
  • Theory of Change – Center for Prevention at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of MN: Led Healthy Eating Team and Physical Activity Team through a process to develop a theory about how change happens and contributes to intended outcomes.
  • Youth Development Framework and Intentional Program Design – YMCA Intervention Services, University YMCA, YWCA Girls and Youth Department: Designed a succinct youth development framework identifying organizational youth outcomes; aligned program structure with framework; designed a measurement process and tools.

  • 21st Century Community Learning Centers Advisory Team – Minnesota Department of Education: Facilitated process with community partners to advise on new grant guidelines and process for federal afterschool resources.
  • Leadership Team Facilitation – Center for Youth Development, University of Minnesota Extension: Provided technical assistance and support to the Operational Leadership Team.
  • Charting A Course: Connecting Out-of-School Time Opportunities – Minnesota Department of Education: Worked with a cross-agency team to develop a framework for schools and community partners to design comprehensive, quality opportunities for youth; created a complementary Practitioner’s Guide to support implementation.
